Heather’s Story…
For years, I would tell myself and people around me: “When I have the time, I’ll (fill in the blank)…” And so, I never really made time for me.
In 2006, after being in the oil and gas industry for about 8 years, my life came to an abrupt halt with mental exhaustion. I spent the next one and a half years taking courses around alternative approaches to bring myself back into balance.
When I started my holistic practice, it didn’t take long to decide on my company name, Time For Self. Nine years later, I’m still learning and adding new services into my practice. My services as a whole assist with balancing the body, mind and spirit.
My business is based on the belief that my customers’ needs are of the utmost importance. I’m committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of my business is from repeat customers and referrals.
I meet my clients at the stage they are at on their individual mind/mind/spirit journey and bring all three back into balance — either from the inside out or from the outside in — on a physical, mental, emotional, psychological level.
Being a registered massage therapist, holistic practitioner and a personal transformation coach, I live each and everyday doing my passion and my purpose, which is to be of service my clients. Whether my service be through massage, detox, or health and wellness, it is all about assisting individuals to experience their best.
