This session combines muscle testing, intuitive guidance, and energy-based techniques to identify and shift areas where emotional or energetic blocks may be present.

The focus is not on repeatedly reliving painful memories. Instead, the work supports your body, mind, emotions, and spirit in moving toward greater balance and alignment.

Initial Reclaim Your Authentic Self Session

-- 3-hour session in person or via Zoom

-- Three 15-minute follow-up phone check-ins

-- Investment: $250

This session may include support for quieting the mind, integrating back into the body, inner child work, soul retrieval concepts, and returning past and present relationship patterns to a more neutral state.

Follow-Up Sessions

Follow-up sessions provide continued support for situations or challenges that arise after the initial session.

-- Investment: $90
-- May include techniques used in the full session, along with additional supportive tools tailored to the client’s needs.
